Michael Parkinson to explore the aroused vagina for the BBC
There has been an outcry following the BBC's decision to do a follow-up to its TV programme entitled The Last Taboo - presented by Joan Bakewell. The Real Last Taboo will be presented by Michael Parkinson using the same format as the original programme.
A BBC spokesman said that the corporation was duty bound to provide balanced informative and educational television. He suggested that Ms Bakewell's programme suggested that the male erection was the Last Taboo on TV and Film. A male model was sought and his girlfriend aroused him to full erection whilst Ms Bakewell walked around the room studying it.
Vagina
The BBC feels that the aroused Vagina is not only the real Last Taboo but the notion of sexually aroused female is absent from any discussions on female sexuality and it feels duty bound to explore this subject.
Decency
The spokesman went on to say that the programme would be aired in a late night slot and for decency the vagina will be pixelised. However, Mr Parkinson will be required to observe the vagina in its varying states of sexual arousal and discuss his thoughts on the subject matter.
Mr Parkinsons agent said that he was looking forward to the challenge of bringing a taboo subject into the arena and having an open and honest discussion on the matter.

Sounds unbelievable doesn't it? Well, of course it is. The BBC would never waste licence payers money on such a subject. However, if you switch Michael Parkinson for another OAP, Joan Bakewell, and switch the Vagina for a penis and bingo, you have a TV programme. And yes, you ask Channel 4, the vagina is the real last taboo.
