Victim of trespass and peeping tom.
If we ever needed evidence that the law in the US is gender biased here it is. A man in the US goes to make a coffee in his own home at 5:30 am naked, a woman who with her seven year old son crossed his yard and has the audacity to call the police. Not only is US law and its law makers as basically misandrystic as its forefathers English counterpart. Let's ask a few questions here:
What was the woman doing;
a. trespassing
b. Peeping Tom
c. with child at 5:30 am.
I recall the double standard associated with this kind of infantile prejudice as a young man. In the reverse the the man would be arrested as a peeping tom and she would probably be in some kind of victim support program.
Why was the trespassing peeping tom not named in this report? Why was she trespassing and looking into private property with a child at 5:30 am. I think it is the police who should be arrested for failure to carry out their duty responsibly.
