Following on from previous post. Have you noticed that there is always a group of women in large cities, clutching their clipboards or even digital devices, sporting at least one pass around their necks and approaching women to take part in their surveys? Yes I said women.
There is a small group in my city who are there day after day and they just look through me. I approached one of the women one day and she was gob smacked. Now day after day I see her approach women who just wave her away or utter something like I haven't got time etc. I actually felt for her so when I approached her she was most unpleasant. I could tell she didn't want my opinion on holidays abroad. Probably could tell I was the sort who tends not to holiday abroad. In fact, if my memory serves me rightly, I was actually wearing my 'Please don't ask me, I rarely holiday abroad' badge. Maybe that's why she wasn't interested. Or maybe the series of questions she asked to eliminate me from the survey was designed to get rid of me quickly. No! we aren't stupid, we know a lot of work goes into generating the right results for anything from bras to computers. I mean the way 'wimmins' groups have generated rape statistics by asking the question, 'have you ever had sex when you didn't want to' will help them achieve their goal. ( I have been raped countless times on that basis!)
Gentlemen, you have the right to your opinion too. Rather than being part of the ' oh we asked a couple of men too' group, why not push yourself a bit. Unless the question is about feminine hygiene then you have a right for your opinion. But, as I keep referring to the point, men just don't give a shit. I shouldn't be pushing it because men and women are different. But when information is being sourced specifically to feed an agenda like the BBC's, then you SHOULD get off your arse and erm go down the pub. Nobody listens anyway.
