THANK YOU MEN!

I'd just like to say, to the millions and millions of MEN who were forced to fight wars throughout time, thank you very much men.  There, I feel better now.

Now I am not overlooking the amazing contribution that women made during the last two world wars. Thank you ladies. You did us proud. I would like to apologise to woman kind for the inappropriate immoral un-believable prejudice you had to endure following the great wars and the movement into the modern age. But! As you know where I come from by now, I am sick to death of the so called political correctness these days seemingly associated with anything and often at the exemption of even mentioning the words men , male or boys.

Watching the BBC One show tonight, I note for the second time over the last few months, the reference to National Service by my beloved BBC  as being something all young people did. When in fact it was all eligible men. I am sick of the way that the media will try and merge such stories and almost make it gender neutral. Whilst I am for total equality (as if that wasn't obvious) I am most certainly not going to subscribe to some kind of  brainwashing to make people think the reality was in any way different.
